I’ve always been told if you need help with a task, ask a busy person because they know how to get things done. When it comes to selling your house or getting your offer accepted when buying a house it’s important to choose a realtor with connections, and a realtor that gets things done.

As a top-performing real estate agent in the Billings Montana area I stay busy selling real estate and other agents take notice. Real estate is complicated, and many things can go wrong, but when my name is on a deal, it gives everybody the peace of mind that a professional is involved, and it’s going to be a smooth transaction and a fair deal for all parties.

 

I'M IN THIS FOR THE LONG TERM

My philosophy on sales and business is always about long-term gain. I’ve never had to worry about my business growing. With over 200 completed transactions and nothing but five-star reviews, I’ve found that doing what is best for the client will always pay dividends in referrals and repeat transactions.

When I started out to be a realtor XX years ago I made it a point to only focus on one thing, and let my business come from that. The one thing, my singular focus is you: my client. And I’m never too busy to do a great job for my clients.

WHY I GOT INTO REAL ESTATE

I’m Jason Leininger, and I’ve been working in real estate since 2015 and am a supervising broker with The Real estate Hub.

I feel fortunate to have had the most amazing clients throughout my real estate journey so far that have trusted me enough, or valued my insights and strategy enough to achieve some really incredible results.  Ive been in the top 5% of realtors in Billings for the last 4 years and hope that I can share the wisdom, and experience to make your goals a reality.

I believe relationships are the most important part of this business. That includes relationships with my clients, fellow agents alike, and other professionals in this industry I work alongside.

I’m also passionate about real estate, I love it and my goal is to offer my clients the highest level of professionalism possible.

Throughout my tenure in the professional world I have learned that attention to detail, relationship building, entrepreneurship, constant learning, and really taking ownership of the process are foundational for success..and I take pride in delivering this value for my real estate clients.

I see every listing as an entirely new project, with a unique set of challenges, a different demographic of buyer, and a different negotiation. This dynamic aspect really fuels my creativity and it keeps things exciting.

Packaging a house into a beautiful listing and launching it to the market is part art, part science. 

The art comes from experience. It comes from shadowing some truly exceptional agents in some very competitive markets, and dabbling across all different price points; luxury, rural properties, previously expired homes and multi-family, all these different facets of the market have really broadened my knowledge and skill set.

The science is really driven by a desire to track the markets. Follow my youtube or read my newsletter and you’ll see just how much I nerd out on the data side of things. The market is constantly speaking to us, you just have to be able to speak the language.

Jason Leininger has been helping Billings Montana and surrounding communities with their real estate transactions for the past 8 years. Very early in his career, he made the decision to go all in. There are enough part-time real estate agents and Jason knew he could never fully help the person in front of him if he was only halfway in.
